Welcome to our charming flat located directly opposite of Hove Recreational Ground where you will feel comfortably at home and experience the city like a local. In light of the reviews, we have recently refurbished the house to include new lights, kitchen and an upgraded Wifi!

Welcome! Located directly opposite Hove Park, our home away from home is the perfect base to explore all that Brighton and Hove offer. Tucked away in a quiet residential area of Hove, you will enjoy a blissful, comfortable, and peaceful stay at my home but still have the hustle and bustle of Brighton and Hove, only a 10-minute walk away. You're within walking distance of Hove's amenities, five minutes from Hove train station, and ten minutes from the seafront! Our space comprises a vibrant living room, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom is warm and roomy, has a comfortable king-size bed, and is equipped with a TV. Our cosy second bedroom also features a double bed for relaxing sleep and a smart TV to entertain you. Our bathroom has a toilet, shower, bathtub, and a separate standalone toilet on the property. Last but not least, garage parking can accommodate a medium-sized car. The flat is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Have a pleasant stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
