Please note that there is a lively pub/bar on the ground floor that plays music during the day. While many guests enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, others may find it a little noisy. The room features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. We hope you have a wonderful stay! Please note: The building has thin walls, so some noise from neighboring areas may be heard. Access to the room is through the bar.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Very nice room, extremely practical location (city center) but also next to some strip clubs. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was very clean. The view from the balcony was also very cool,
