Welcome to this beautiful 55 m² flat, located on the 5th floor (with lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a cosy corner sofa, a chaise longue that converts into a double bed, a beautiful armchair and a television. The numerous large windows provide plenty of light at any time of day. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, utensils and crockery. The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. It is located upstairs, accessible via a charming spiral staircase. The bed (double – size 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for you to settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area: a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
