The architect-designed flat is located on the first floor of a small, quiet residence built of typical Bordeaux stone. It is tastefully decorated and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is intended for medium-term stays (30 days or more).

This bright and comfortable accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, as well as a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed, complete with curtains to ensure your privacy. You’ll also enjoy a large, light-filled living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area with a dining table. The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, whilst a separate toilet completes the property. The kitchen is practical and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay: hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The apartment has comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. It is centrally located and walkable to all the places Bordeaux that you want to go. If not, the tram station is only a 5 minutes walk.
