Welcome to my home! Our charming 91 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Phoenix Park. Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as Dublin Zoo, Áras an Uachtaráin, and Farmleigh House and Estate. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have UK double beds, and the other bedroom has two UK single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
