Important Information: Internal Regulations and Booking Conditions: By making a reservation for our apartment in Sète, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this house rules. Compliance with these rules is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for all travelers and to preserve the quality of our accommodation. Tranquility and neighborhood: We ask you to maintain a discreet noise level, especially between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., in order to respect the peace of our neighbors. Parties and festive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Occupancy: The number of travelers must match that indicated at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Maintenance and proper use: We commit to keep the apartment clean and in good condition during your stay and to make use of it according to its destination. => CAUTION: In order to ensure the preservation of these objects and facilities, a deposit of 600 euros per bank imprint not collected will be requested before entry into the premises. (deposit by secure CB payment link via STRIPE, you must have the funds in your account at the time of the deposit, the amounts are not deducted). This procedure is a condition to confirm your reservation and access the apartment. An incoming inventory with photographic report will be carried out and validated during your physical reception. The inventory of fixtures will be carried out on the day of your departure, when the keys are returned, and by the cleaning staff. The security deposit per impression will be released within 7 days after your stay, provided there is no damage. This guarantee may be activated in particular in the following cases: The loss of keys, resulting in replacement costs for locks and misplaced keys. A state of cleanliness inappropriate for your departure, requiring additional professional cleaning to the usual cleaning, both inside and outside.
