This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Free street parking is available. Parking is not marked, but you may park as local residents do, as long as you do not obstruct entrances or traffic.
