For your convenience, there's a Carrefour shop located just downstairs, perfect for all your grocery needs. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony from where you can fully relax enjoy the swimming pool and Business Bay Canal views! The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
