Spread over two floors, the property offers a comfortable and well-equipped setting with plenty of room to unwind. This property is thoughtfully designed to be safe and comfortable for guests with pacemakers. All kitchen appliances, including the ceramic glass stove, have been confirmed safe to use, allowing guests to prepare meals with complete peace of mind and enjoy their stay without any limitations. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with plush sofas, a wide-screen TV, and a dining space perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and two terraces, one at the front and one at the back, offering great spots to enjoy the fresh air. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of them, the master bedroom, features access to a large furnished terrace with outdoor seating and spectacular sea views, a perfect space to unwind and take in the scenery. All three bedrooms feature double beds dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Check-in can be done from 5 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
