Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 150 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access. This stylish apartment is designed with modern living and kitchen areas, offering a comfortable space to unwind and socialize. The cozy living area features a charming table for meals and a relaxed sitting area where guests can enjoy TV after a day of exploring the city. The open kitchen invites socializing while cooking, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. The first bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen bed and ample storage space. The ensuite bathroom offers a private space to refresh. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom for added comfort. A common service bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Guests can also relax on the lovely balcony, enjoying the sunlight and taking in the stunning river views and the iconic Arrábida Bridge. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Nienaganny dom, większy niż wygląda na zdjęciach, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, położony w spokojnej okolicy. Znacznie przekroczył nasze oczekiwania. Gorąco polecam.
