This lovely studio is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Jardim do Morro), good restaurants and shops, and the Jardim do Morro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! It is centrally located, so you can enjoy everything the city offers. This studio can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. The living room has a plush double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. It is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The studio also has multiple windows and a private balcony, allowing you to enjoy sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! ***It may be possible to hear some construction sounds during the day as a hotel is being built near the property. We apologise for any inconvenience and disturbance it may cause.***

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
