Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 98 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to go down a flight of stairs to access the building. This space is designed with modern and stylish touches, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The living area offers a cozy sitting space where guests can enjoy their favorite shows after a day of exploring. A dining table where guests can share their meals together. The open-concept kitchen creates a warm and social setting while cooking and comes fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a washing machine for added convenience. The master bedroom features a queen bed, plenty of storage, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe for easy organization. A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can step onto the lovely balcony to soak up some sunlight and enjoy the open air. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Wszystko było wspaniałe: przestrzeń, czystość, wszystko było niezwykłe. Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Porto, na pewno ponownie zatrzymam się w tym miejscu. Gorąco polecam.
