Please note that access to the property is via a one-way uphill road, which may be a bit challenging for some guests. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. The apartment features a cozy mezzanine with a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort., providing a unique and intimate sleeping space The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property also offers access to a shared pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and soak up the sun with your loved one. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
