Welcome to my apartment! This charming 193 m² three-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the apartment blends innovative design with homely warmth. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. From here, step onto the private balcony, complete with seating areas where you can relax while admiring the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. The property includes three well-appointed bedrooms. Two feature queen-sized beds, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the third bedroom offers a cosy double bed. All are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There are three bathrooms in total, each fully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a hassle-free stay. Guests also have access to shared facilities within the residence, including a swimming pool and a tennis court, perfect for both relaxation and recreation. And with the beach right in front of the property, you can enjoy the best of seaside living just steps from your door. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
