Welcome to GuestReady Essential in La Malva-Rosa, just a 5-minute walk (about 230 m) from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. This 1-bedroom, 20 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for couples or small families and is fully adapted for guests with disabilities. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan layout with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The bedroom features a double bed with clean sheets, and the bathroom comes with towels and toiletries. A note on expectations: We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As a ground-floor, street-level apartment, it can be a little humid, and occasionally some insects may appear despite regular cleaning. The property has no windows but offers good ventilation. The bathroom is somewhat compact, and hot water is known to fluctuate during the summer. The sink is designed for people with reduced mobility. The front door does not have shutters, so please bring a sleep mask if you prefer complete darkness. Security codes to access the property will be provided in the check-in instructions. We offer phone support in English and French to ensure your stay is pleasant and stress-free.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Wybrałem tę nieruchomość, ponieważ znajdowała się blisko akademika mojej córki. Jest położona niedaleko plaży, ale nieco oddalona od centrum miasta, jednak system autobusowy w Walencji okazał się łatw
