The property is located on the ground floor at street level, so it's important to consider that there may be some noise due to the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians in the area. The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable double sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine. The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room’s functionality. The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the studio is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

We had a short but great stay. The apartment looks brand new and it's perfect for a couple traveling to Valencia. The surrounding area ia more residential but you can easily access bars and restaurant
