Please note the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The open-plan living room features a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Natural sunlight floods the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. It also has an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed, with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great apartment conveniently located in the middle of the beautiful Old town. You can litterally walk to anywhere you want, and if you want to hit downtown Valencia, hop on the bus which is 5 min away
