Pleasantly laid-out, single-storey chalet of 45m2. In the heart of the city, you'll enjoy perfect peace and quiet, outdoor space thanks to the large terrace, and a private parking space.

Here you'll find everything you need for a successful stay. Ultra-secure, the accommodation is human-sized and very modern. Entirely on one level, the accommodation is compliant for disabled access (ground floor, wide access to the Italian shower, etc.). You'll find all modern comforts thanks to a separate bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (real mattress), a closet with hanging space and shelves, and a large bookcase with lots of books. You'll also find a small terrace out of sight, handy for hanging out the washing! The bathroom is handicap-accessible, with a large walk-in shower. You'll also find an elegant washbasin, large mirror, towel dryer, toilet and plenty of storage space. The kitchen, open to the living room, is very practical. Fully equipped, you'll be able to use induction hobs, oven, microwave, top refrigerator, washing machine, etc. (the dishwasher is under maintenance and is therefore not usable) The living room is spacious and bright. Beautifully decorated, it invites you to relax not only in the cosy sitting area, but also thanks to the large bay window that leads straight onto a beautiful terrace on the same level. A relaxing spot for quiet evenings! Whether you're coming for leisure or business, this is the perfect place to stay. An office and WIFI are at your disposal. You'll have access to the entire first floor, as well as to the two terraces. The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival, bed linen, towels, etc. Everything will be ready for you to enjoy your stay. We look forward to seeing you!

Very functional accommodation, you'll have access to the residence's courtyard, where you'll find a private parking space just in front of the apartment's terrace. Accessible from the main roads (A10 then the quays, boulevard Béranger, etc.), you can arrive by car in complete safety. Buses are also just a few minutes' walk from the property (lines 15, 4, 3a and 3b, 34), and the Preuilly stop means you can get around easily by public transport or on foot.
