This apartment is located in a residential area in the heart of Tourcoing, rue de Gand just a few minutes by car/transport from the train station! It's quiet and very functional, thanks in particular to its 3 bedrooms, each with a private shower cubicle. Tourcoing Phalempins metro station is 100 meters away.

Please note that the staircase in the accommodation is typical of our pretty northern buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival is possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Tourcoing Phalempins metro station is a 3-minute walk away, taking you to Lille and its stations in around 30 minutes. Tourcoing station is a ten-minute metro ride from the accommodation. V'Lille station is 180 metres away (Phalempins station). You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Place des Phalempins car park 150 metres away.
