This charming, air-conditioned and bright 25 m² studio has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard and comes with a private parking space – a rare find in the city centre. The living area features a queen-size sofa bed providing a comfortable place to sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, two-ring hob, set of knives and a range of kitchenware (traditional oven not included). A high-quality Smart TV is available for your leisure time. You will also have access to a large walk-in wardrobe with hangers, an ironing board, a drying rack and a washing machine, ensuring complete self-sufficiency during your stay. Parking: The property has a secure private car park and spaces reserved for bicycles.
