If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

quiet position in a modern building with plenty of light and space. Very clean and well presented and a short walk from my destination in Taunton ( the cricket ground). I can thoroughly recommend it
