A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine makes home dining a pleasure, while the dining space is ideal for family meals. Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a master with a king bed, a double room, and a bunk room perfect for children or friends. A modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower ensures everyone’s comfort. Our property also offers a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a private garden with secure parking making it a true home-from-home in the heart of Neath Valley.

You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. When you arrive, you’ll have the convenience of a private parking area right at the rear of the property. As you drive up the lane, look out for a metal farm gate with a “PRIVATE ACCESS ONLY” sign you’re welcome to open it. Simply drive through, take the first left, and you’ll see the rear of the property with a wooden gate marked “3 Brynteg, Golwg Y Mynydd.” Open the gate and park on the secure hard standing area, ready to begin your stay with ease and peace of mind.
