Ideal for solo travellers or couples, this bright and compact space features a thoughtfully designed open-plan layout, combining the sleeping and kitchen areas. It includes a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning, while the large window allows plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals and snacks, including basic crockery, a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster and fridge. A dining table with two chairs provides a convenient spot to enjoy your meals. The bathroom is equipped with essential amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The property is always professionally cleaned to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 to assist during your stay. Please note this is a private property, so we ask that you treat it as your own.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
