Welcome to my apartment! This spacious and inviting 126 m² two-bedroom apartment in Madeira offers the ideal retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines modern convenience with a homely atmosphere. The bright and airy living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, and enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added ease, the apartment also features a dishwasher to simplify clean-up, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities to take care of your laundry during your stay. The master bedroom offers a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private balcony for a more personal space to relax. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms in total, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests also benefit from private parking for one car, making it a perfect choice for those exploring the island by vehicle. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
