Welcome to my 60 m² apartment on the 4th floor in Saint-Ouen. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms—one featuring a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom for your convenience. Perfectly located just 6 minutes from the metro, this apartment offers an ideal base for exploring all that Paris has to offer.

Welcome! The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs. The entrance door of this 60 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area includes a table that can accommodate four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo). One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the other has a double bed (140x200). The two beds are separated by a small partition running halfway across the room. They are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Mobile air conditioning is available in one room. The spacious bathroom features two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Have a pleasant stay!

Mieszkanie było dokładnie takie, jak w opisie, a łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja jest idealna do poruszania się metrem i panuje tu cisza. Zaledwie 10 metrów dalej znajduje się sklep spożywczy.
