The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Paris Zoo, Vincennes Woods), good restaurants and shops, and the Montempoivre tram stop are just 5 minutes away!

Welcome! Get the best of both worlds when you stay at my apartment: the serenity and peace of suburban living with a large park (Bois de Vincennes) just within walking distance, but the convenience to travel in and out of Paris via metro on a whim. My spacious apartment offers rooftop views of the area. A sofa bed and TV will keep your family entertained throughout your stay, while the kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal with its electric hob and oven. The main bedroom comes with a private ensuite and a double bed, while the two extra rooms are meant for young children and come fitted with single beds each; there's an additional shared bathroom with a tub. All beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality linen to ensure a good night's sleep, with clean towels and toiletries. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
