Welcome to my villa! This stunning two-story, 150 m² property offers a modern, sunlit retreat, perfect for a relaxed getaway. Designed with comfort and style in mind, it's bathed in natural light from large windows and filled with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living space with a spacious seating area, including a sofa bed to kick back and enjoy a movie after a day out. The open kitchen invites everyone to gather the essentials to whip up a great meal—an oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, there's a large dining table perfect for sharing meals and a convenient service bathroom nearby. Upstairs, the two inviting suites await. The main suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and another full bathroom. All are prepared with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Step outside to enjoy the spacious terrace and outdoor areas, perfect for soaking up the fresh air. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
