Welcome to my apartment! This charming 60m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto offers the perfect retreat for couples seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Ideally located on the ground floor, the property provides easy access and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for relaxed meals. Step outside to a private terrace, where comfortable seating invites you to unwind in the fresh air. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher to simplify clean-up, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to cover your laundry needs during your stay. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essential amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
