An open-plan layout offers a seamless blend of sleeping, living, and kitchen areas to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sitting space, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you relaxed after a day of exploring. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and storage spaces, creating a restful retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, cutlery, and a dining table, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals and quality time together. The modern bathroom has fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to feel refreshed. Step outside to the charming balcony, where you can soak up the sunlight and enjoy the fresh air—a perfect spot to unwind with your morning coffee or an evening drink. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, bardzo zadbany, w pięknym budynku. Zameldowanie bardzo proste, ponieważ są tylko kody, nie ma fizycznych kluczy. Prysznic z dużym ciśnieniem, bardzo dobry. Kuchnia
