The six “São Domingos” apartments are located in the very heart of Oporto’s historic city center, in the “São Domingos” Square.

The six “São Domingos” apartments are located at the end of “Rua das Flores”, less than 150 meters from Ribeira, the typical and famous area by the River Douro. Each apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning and windows with thermal and acoustic insulation. It is located in the 2nd floor without an elevator. “Old Walls” is one of these apartments, which owes its name to parts of the original walls of the building on display. The 44-square-meter apartment is on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to two adults. In this large open space, with a balcony overlooking the Square, there is a queen-size bed, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, among other amenities. There is a full bathroom. A crib can be provided on request.

The Portuguese immigration services (SEF) requires all non-Portuguese guests to fill in a form with some personal data (ID number, nationality, etc.). This form will be sent to you through a certified program or given to you at the check-in. Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products ,bin bag., Teabags, and coffee capsules. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
