Luis Bridge, good restaurants and shops, and the Faria Guimarães metro station is just 3-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This three-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, friends or families looking to explore the vibrant city of Porto. It is in a great location, just a short walk from Bolhao, and has all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment comes fully furnished with an open living area and a private balcony. Feel free to enjoy the complimentary Nespresso machine at your convenience. The bedrooms come either with one double bed or two single that can be pushed or split together if so desired. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival. Enjoy!

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Location close to metro station and a short walk to the city centre, easy instructions to check in and bright and clean appartement with nice sized rooms, extra plus having the dishwasher and washing

Spacious, comfortable, air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms! This is nicely situated walking distance to the old town of Porto, but quiet at night for sleeping. Very easy to follow directions for access
