Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience. Access to the apartment is via a pedestrian staircase located directly between number 86 and the modern light-beige building to its right. While the walkway has limited street lighting at night, the area and access are completely safe. Due to the stairs, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage.

Due to the stairs, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.
