The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and cutlery, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing homemade meals. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer and ironing facilities for your convenience. The three bedrooms are tastefully appointed and include two double beds and a single bed, complete with plush, hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. In each of the three bathrooms, you'll find all the essentials you may require, including complimentary shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience. Rest assured that the home is meticulously and professionally cleaned to guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wishing you a wonderful and pleasant stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in instructions to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
