This space is designed with an open living and kitchen area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cosy living room features a comfortable sitting area with a double sofa, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a movie after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen is perfect for socializing while cooking. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including cookware, cutlery, a washing machine, and a dishwasher for added convenience. The bedroom offers a modern and stylish retreat. It has a double bed, a TV for entertainment, and plenty of storage space to make you feel at home. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can access a common gym in the building. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
