Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. This bright, stylish apartment features modern décor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. The living area offers a comfy sitting space with a double sofa bed and a TV—perfect for cozy movie nights after a day of sightseeing. The open-concept kitchen is ideal for cooking and conversation. It is equipped with all the essentials—cookware, cutlery, a cooking plate, oven, microwave—and a dining table made for sharing meals and laughter. A washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable queen bed and generous storage space, providing a serene retreat each evening. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu bardzo nam się podobał. Jest bardzo ładne i wygodne, nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Spędziliśmy tam około 10 dni i czuliśmy się świetnie. Lokalizacja jest świetna, łatwo się stąd poru
