Welcome to my studio! Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (30 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Luís I Bridge and Rua de Clérigos! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas, with a screen dividing the two sleeping areas. Relax in the living room, which features a comfy single and double bed complete with complimentary linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook, including a microwave and a kettle. The dining area can comfortably accommodate four people. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as a hair dryer and shampoo. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views of the river. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: We want to inform you that the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Tinha tudo o que é preciso para uma boa estadia. A vista da varanda é o Douro. Rua muito movimentada, mas sem se ouvir no apartamento, após portas da varanda fechadas. Voltarei lá, sem dúvida
