It offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay, plus a beautiful private 16sqm terrace and an underground parking with a charger. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Aliados, Lello Bookstore, San Bento train station, Cordoaria and more.

The living room is tastefully furnished, generously lit and well-kept, with a sitting area, convertible sofa bed, a dining table, a Smart TV w/ Cable and on-line services, and even a great sounding Marshall Bluetooth Speaker to make your stay as pleasurable as possible Step outside and relax on the private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances(incl. a dishwasher), essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfill any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces and even a small table for dedicated workspace. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. A wash-machine with a dryer and an ironing board are there too.. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The accommodation is perfect, located in the CENTRE, we arrived thinking it was going to be a little further away, but literally just walk down the street and you are in the middle of Rua das Flores.
