This cozy apartment, ideal for business trips or leisure stays, offers a bright and welcoming living area with a comfortable lounge, a smart TV, and a functional dining space (please note that when accommodating four people, one person will need to sit at the end of the table facing the wall). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, etc.). In the evening, the sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. The bedroom features a double bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Located in a quiet and desirable neighborhood, the apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the historic center and Place d'Armes, fifteen minutes from the train station, and about a fifteen-minute drive from Futuroscope. Shops, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. For your convenience, fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Everything is included in the cleaning fee, and bed linen and towels are provided. A major bonus: you have a private parking space within the residence. Self check-in allows you to arrive at your leisure, whenever you like.
