Cosy yet tastefully decorated, this charming apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy delights. The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa bed and a wide-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and watching all your favourite shows. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. The bedroom offers a delightful queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. NOTE: Roof works will take place this week, including the installation of scaffolding. The works are expected to last approximately one month. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Note: The elevator is out of order for maintenance. We are sorry about the inconvenience.
