Located in the heart of Paris, this modern 42 m² apartment offers a pleasant and bright setting for your stay. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it is the ideal solution for a Parisian getaway with friends or as a couple, combining comfort, functionality, and a central location.

This apartment has been designed to offer a comfortable and practical living environment, suitable for short or medium-term stays. The main living room offers a cozy space with a double sofa bed, a television, and contemporary decor, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. It features a stove, microwave, oven, and Nespresso machine. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed with high-quality linens. The modern and functional bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, with an integrated toilet for added convenience. For your comfort, the apartment also provides a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, directly above a brasserie that stays open late: customers' conversations and the bar atmosphere can be heard inside, including in the bedroom, often until midnight and sometimes until 2 a.m., especially at weekends. If you are a light sleeper or travelling with young children, please take this into account. * The bathroom is small and the shower is narrow. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 42 m² (452 sq ft) of air-conditioned space near the Canal Saint-Martin, a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg – Saint-Denis metro station (lines 4, 8 and 9), with a separate bedroom, a kitchen with an oven, a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is entirely private during your stay. You have full access to the entire property, with complete independence.
