This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers: Living room: A large living room with two double sofa beds, a TV and a dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments. Kitchen: A fully equipped open kitchen, including hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and special treats such as coffee and tea. Bedrooms: A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and TV, plus an elegant second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer kits for your convenience. Terrace: A superb terrace, perfect for breakfast or outdoor relaxation. Additional amenities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, iron, large-screen TV, bed linen and towels provided. Please note: The apartment overlooks the playground of an elementary school; there may be some neighborhood activity during the day on weekdays, particularly during school hours.
