Enjoy a pleasant stay in this studio, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A double sofa bed as well as a single bed, a television and a bar table to relax on. Kitchen: Equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet is located in the bathroom. Private terrace: Relax on your own small terrace. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, TV screen, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Additional information: The studio is located on the 1st floor without lift. NOT ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * Noise from the stairwell can be heard in the studio. The comings and goings of neighbours and other occupants of the building are audible, including late in the evening and at night. Light sleepers may be bothered. * The studio is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get very hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, near Sentier and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in a clean, well-appointed 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio with a small private terrace.
