Living room: A space with a double sofa bed, TV and round dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, extractor hood, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed and a nice TV for a wonderful night's sleep. The bedroom window overlooks the inner courtyard. Bathroom: A modern marble bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. Toilet: A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is small and ideal for two. With three or four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, which also houses the open kitchen. Once the sofa bed is opened, there is very little room left to move around, and the space becomes tight. * The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure building without an elevator, and the stairs must be climbed on foot. This is inconvenient with luggage, and access is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 4-minute walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station, in a quiet apartment with a separate bedroom, a marble bathroom, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
