Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchenette, including hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, as well as coffee, sugar and tea capsules. Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with a double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Bathroom: A bathroom equipped with a shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi included, washing machine, refrigerator, iron. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is on the top floor, under the roof, and is not air-conditioned. In summer and during heatwaves it can get very hot inside, including at night; if you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), in a bright, spacious 55 m² (592 sq ft) apartment with a lift that opens directly into the apartment, a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine.
