Bedroom: A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and quality bed linen. Open kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Toilet: A toilet in the bathroom for added convenience. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned and its large bay windows, without shutters, let the sun in. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, and the windows of this ground-floor apartment are not well suited to being left open at night, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. * The apartment is on the ground floor of a secure building without a lift. To get there, you go through several coded doors, along corridors and up and down stairs. The route is awkward with large suitcases or a pushchair, and can be difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 12th arrondissement, 150 m from Dugommier metro station (line 6), in a very quiet 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment overlooking a small garden, with a separate bedroom, an oven and a washing machine.
