Enjoy a comfortable stay in this welcoming apartment, carefully designed for your well-being. The living room offers a warm atmosphere with two double sofa beds, a television, and a cozy dining area, ideal for relaxing after a day in Paris. The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine for your coffee breaks. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, designed to offer peace and well-being. Each is equipped with quality bedding, ensuring restful nights and a pleasant stay. There are two bathrooms at your disposal: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, both equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The toilets are divided between a bathroom and a separate toilet. In terms of amenities, you will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep. * The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and is reached by a narrow spiral staircase. Carrying luggage up takes some effort: it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. * The second bathroom, with a shower, is very small and its shower is narrow. For a large group, sharing the two bathrooms takes some organisation. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 100 m² (1,076 sq ft), quiet once the door is closed, a few minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille and close to Ledru-Rollin and Bastille metro stations, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
