The Musée Bourdelle features sculptor Antoine Bourdelle's studio and garden where artists like Chagall also worked. André Citroën Park draws tourists and families to greenhouses and a tethered hot-air balloon that offers city views. The district also offers many bars and restaurants. Visit Le Quinzième (a Michelin star restaurant run by the famous Cyril Lignac) and Jules Ardoise Bistro for a wonderful gastronomic adventure! Take a stroll on the Bir-Hakeim bridge which spans along River Seine in Paris. Welcome to my 85 m² apartment on the 7th floor in the 15th arrondissement, next to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 7 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Lights.

Welcome to my home! Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 85 m² penthouse is located just steps away from several attractions in Paris! Relax in the spacious and bright living room, which features a double sofa bed, multiple chairs, several bookshelves, and a work desk. If you prefer staying in, there is also a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and toaster. The dining area features a table that can seat four people. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed facing a flat-screen TV and an integrated wardrobe. Upon arrival, high-quality hotel-grade linens are provided. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need to refresh yourself: a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Towels and toiletries are provided for your comfort. Enjoy the stunning view from the terrace while sipping on a cup of coffee. A covered parking space with an electric vehicle charging station is available for your use, if needed. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay. All that’s left to do is enjoy!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
