It comfortably accommodates two people, and its bedroom features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the RER station, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Lights.

The cozy living area features an ultra-comfortable sofa and opens onto a charming little balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with hotel-quality linens. Please note that the room is accessible via stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A professional cleaning service ensures the apartment is spotless between stays. All that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Cosy apartment near the Louvre : The location is perfect, near the RER and the metro. In the case of a couple of people travelling, a second set of keys is missing.
