It can comfortably accommodate two people in its bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay in Paris. Please note that this apartment is only rented through a mobility lease.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 44m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer-dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Please do not use the drying rack on the parquet floor; you can use it in the bathroom or the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Dziękuję za pobyt. Trwał on 4 miesiące. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze wyposażone i ma doskonałą lokalizację. Ponieważ znajduje się w dolnej części wewnętrznego dziedzińca, jest tu nieco ciemno.
