The adjacent kitchenette has essential cookware and cutleries to cook simple, homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
